It is only a minute’s walk from the local shop, butcher/delicatessen, pub, post office, bus stop and church. Lovely country and coastal walks. Beach 5 minutes by car. Minimum stay 2 nights. Arrival after 2pm, vacate by 11am. 

DIRECTIONS : From Rye take A259 towards Hastings. After Strand Gate Guest House turn left up steep hill & through arch. Take third road on right into Higham Green (Ancient Court Hall building on corner). St Margarets is in the large white house shown in the picture above. Park safely in street.

ACCOMMODATION: Sitting/Dining Room: Three piece suite, TV, bay window to front. Kitchen/Breakfast room: Cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bread and milk and other essential provided on arrival. Bedroom: Double bed, views to lovely private garden, fitted cupboards. Towels & bed linen provided. Bathroom: White suite, heated towel rail, wall heater. Outside: Sunny secluded rear garden  with garden furniture, and fine view of church tower.
